Sales Leader

Appoint Channel Partners Pan India and Provide training to channels
Build and maintain customer relationships for products and grow sales by working with sales channels and end customers.
Grow sales by working directly with all accounts.
Develop and implement sales plans and forecasts to increase revenue at assigned accounts.
Collect and analyze relevant competitor and market intelligence to support strategic initiatives to maintain competiveness.
Generate correspondence, quotes, various summary reports and other requested documents related to assigned accounts.
Follow up on sales leads, prospects and opportunities generated in the sales area and at assigned accounts within reasonable timeframe.
Work as part of global team on global/national accounts to profitably grow the business.
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Maintain sales database and opportunity tracking for national accounts and selected key accounts.
Update on a regular basis and follow up on new opportunities.
Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends.
Identifies and evaluates sales channels, catalog sales organizations, resellers, end-customers and defines appropriate marketing activities that align with the business strategy.
Achieves and exceeds sales targets and executes a systematic approach to implement best practices and continuously improve the sales approach.
Responsible for growing the business through the successful introduction of the new product line for manual clamps.

Candidate Profile
Strong commercial skills with distributor based sales organizations.
Good communication skills including facilitation, verbal, and written skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects and meet deadlines.
High energy, strong interpersonal skills, prefers to work in team environment.
Ability to organize, motivate and manage sales channel.
Understand and willing to change with the needs of the customer and markets.
Ability to work in teams, provide project status, and maintain a high level of communication.
Highly independent and intrinsically motivated.
Convincing sales-orientation with tenacity to achieve results.
Strong business acumen, extensive business product knowledge.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.

Ability to and experience with working cross-culturally.
Strong English language speaking and writing ability.
Ability to travel up to 80% of the time across India and may have to travel internationally.
