Group Manager(operations)

The Group Manager will need to manage the entire process.
Ability to manage multiple complex processes, which will include both voice and non voice.
The process needs excellent client management skills, great people management skills.
The candidate needs to be able to manage the overall P&L for this process, ensuring profitability and revenue targets are met.
The team size will close to 250.
