What we are looking for: Profile with min 13 - 14 yrs of experience and relevant experience of a minimum of 3-4 yrs in Transition in Travel domain is a pre-requisite.
Travel Domain - Transition Lead Successful
management of large/multiple transitions of clients’ processes in the
respective domain
· Owning and continuous improvement to the WNS Transition Methodology
· Thoroughness of Project Planning
· Thoroughness of Project tracking – Risk, Issue and Milestone management
· Identify areas for efficiency improvement, implementing the same
· Build close rapport with key client managers
· Strong focus on revenues – balance risks with speed of execution
· Handling prospect/ Client presentations
· Respond to RFI/ RFPs along with team
· Mentor junior members of Transitions team |
