Role - General Manager F&A Operations (AP, AR and GL) Genera Qualified Accountants only (CA/ICWA) with 12 - 15 yrs of post qualification experience only - 15+ years experience with solid Non –Voice Finance Operations background.
- Is currently working & has worked in the past across F&A domain (AP, AR & GL)
- Excellent knowledge of GL areas ( Reconciliations, Accruals, Month-end, Quarter end) with fair knowledge of Oracle Systems)
- Experience in Transitioning F&A processes
- Has worked with clients across Geographies.(EMEA, NA, APAC)
- Goal oriented with a thought process to synergize with multiple teams & drive results
- Skills to drive best practices across multiple regions with strong Quality & Analysis bent of mind
- Handled large teams (100 - 150 + teams minimum)
- Excellent presentation & communication skills
- Right Behaviour & Skills to drive transformation projects
